I offer counseling for adults and adolescents. Sessions are driven by your personal desires, goals, and challenges. I serve people dealing with a variety of issues including, but not limited to:

Marriage, parent/child, and other relationship issues
Spirituality and crises of faith
Vocational discernment and work-related challenges
Grief and loss
Addiction recovery
Life transitions
I offer leadership development and coaching services for leaders of all types across all industries. Leaders may be wrestling with specific challenges or simply looking to grow in their leadership. Coaching sessions are goal-oriented, solution-focused, and tailored to the specific needs of the individual and the context in which they are leading.
Therapy and coaching sessions are typically 50 minutes long. My standard fee is $175/session. I offer a sliding scale based on financial need. I am currently an "out-of-network provider" for insurers. Depending on your insurance plan, I can provide an invoice that you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement and/or application to your deductible. I accept payment by cash, personal check, and credit/HSA card.
